Points of Interest on the Key West Ghost Tour:

  • Key West CemeteryKey West CemeteryKey West Cemetery (Not included on the walking Key West ghost tours)

    • Established in 1847 - Whenever one walks into the cemetery negative energy is instantly felt. Feelings of depression, anger and unrest are overwhelming. The cemetery is a horribly morbid place. It is so overcrowded that much of it is totally without order. Graves so close to one another that when you are looking at one and glance down, you realize you're standing on another. Majority of the cemetery is in a state of disrepair, with some of the older cement crypts slowly raising out of the ground and breaking apart or settling deeper into the earth and cracking open revealing the remains of the deceased beneath the deteriorating cement. Many of the graves have been disrespected by vandals. It is no wonder that there are rumors amongst the locals in Key West of strange voices and sightings of apparitions walking through the cemetery after dark because they cannot rest in peace. Walk with us as we tour this horrible yet amazing place.
  • Audubon HouseAudubon House (Not included on the walking Key West ghost tours)

    • Built in 1830. In the 19th century the morbid practice of having an artist paint a death portrait from viewing the deceased was very popular, especially when children were involved. The death portrait was then a family keepsake. This particular painting is located in the children's room. The children's room is the only room in the Audubon House that is roped off. The death portrait is so haunted and possessed that it has been facing the wall, undisturbed for years (as you can see in the picture, right). In the interest of making the Key West Ghost Tour more interesting, one of us, who will remain nameless, climbed over the barricades into the haunted room, turned the death portrait around and filmed it. Take the Key West Ghost Tour and come into the haunted children's room to see this forbidden death portrait for yourself.
  • Robert the DollEast Martello Museum (Not included on the walking Key West ghost tours)

    • Robert the Doll is now encased in glass at the museum. See the interview of an employee explain what Robert did to one visitor and about the spirit of a soldier walking the halls.

  • ghostOur Ghost Photos (Not included on the walking Key West ghost tours)

    • After five years of onsite research at these locations I hit the paranormal jackpot. I took pictures in a windowless room in Key West. So amazing, it had an unsettling effect on me for months after. It's a mass of ectoplasm containing many apparitions and indescribable objects; as if a doorway to another dimension. After discovering an entrance to a hall which disappeared into darkness, I decided to go in and explore it armed only with a Bic lighter. I assure that my experience and these pictures are quite real. Take the Key West Ghost Tour and I will tell you the rest of the story and show you these amazing photos.
  • Key West Lighthouse MuseumKey West Lighthouse Museum (Not included on the walking Key West ghost tours)

    • Built in 1847 - The 15th oldest lighthouse in the country. One lighthouse keeper's widow, still remains, carrying on their lighthouse duties. Take the Key West Ghost Tour to find out why.
  • Fort Zachary TaylorFort Zachary Taylor (Not included on the walking Key West ghost tours)

    • Built from 1845 to 1866 - Fort Zachary Taylor guarded the United States southernmost region, yet never fired a shot in anger, although thousands died at the fort from Yellow Fever. Their souls still haunt within the walls of the fort.
  • Ernest Hemingway HomeErnest Hemingway Home (Not included on the walking Key West ghost tours)

    • The famous writer's Key West home is preserved just as when Hemingway lived there, so much so that he still remains. Visitors have reported seeing him all over the grounds.
  • Capt. Tony's SaloonCaptain Tony's Saloon
